Rural Oak Woodwork Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping:
Each item is built upon order therefore items are shipped 3 weeks from when the order is placed.
Shipping costs vary based off of items purchased and shipping location. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Pick-Up:
We offer free pick up in Millbank. You will receive an email with details of pickup information once the item is ready for pick up. Each item is built upon order therefore there is a 3 week wait time.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30 day return policy on any unused items. Items must be in the same condition as they they were upon arrival. Customer are required to cover all cost associated with returning the items including the shipping.
